Use this optional form to request entry in a 2026 MCGC Smallbore monthly match or state championship. You may also use the email or mail instructions in the monthly program, 3-Position championship program, or Prone championship program.

Before traveling: Check the Smallbore Match Status page on the day of your match. Preregistration does not confirm a place, payment, or that a match will proceed.

What to have ready

• Your contact information and CMP number.
• The match you want to enter.
• If the competitor is a junior, their date of birth. If the competitor is under 19, the parent or legal guardian’s name, contact information, authorization, typed signature, and date.
• Read the MCGC Range Rules before acknowledging them in the form.

Junior and guardian details: Complete the date of birth for every junior. For a competitor under 19, a parent or legal guardian must complete the authorization fields. An entry missing those details is incomplete and must be resolved with the match director before participation can be confirmed.
